A shaped mid-thigh jacket built around a curved scholar collar and a continuous, fully opening front overlap. Seven functional hand-knotted pankou bridge two separately reinforced facings from collar to lower torso; each bar and loop is anchored into its own facing, with concealed support snaps preserving the line in wear. Two usable slanted pockets and side vents keep the piece practical.

Proposed in Hangzhou-woven cashmere-silk double cloth with a tonal Suzhou silk brocade confined to the inner collar and facing, visible only when the jacket is unfastened. Light internal structure gives a formal line without imitating Western tailoring.
